Had some German-made ginger bread last week. It tasted too sweet to swallow. Why does it have to be so sweet and sugar-coated? It ended up I had a big pot of green tea to make that lingering sweetness faded away. I like ginger, a salty and spicy ginger bread would be lovely! :) 德國人送了一桶耶誕薑餅, 甜死人啦!
